Pork Adobo Recipe

  1. Saute/fry pork in warm oil with garlic.
  2. When browned, add in rest of ingredients.
  3. Simmer till tender.
  4. Taste juice, if sour add in sugar, if flat, add in soy sauce.
  5. When done, use juice to make gravy, adding 1-2 Tbsp.
  6. flour (water can be added if necessary).
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Serves 6-8.
  9. Chicken can also be used instead of pork.
