Whole chicken
- 5 lb chicken
- 1 cup butter
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 dash seasoning
- preheat oven to 350F
- wash chicken with cold water
- Pull skin away from Brest meat
- mix butter, garlic, and seasoning in small bowl
- spread butter mix under chicken skin
- rub last 1/4 cup of butter mix over the top of the chicken Brest
- bake at 350F for 3 hours
