Tuna Patties

  1. Before using the tuna, leave it for 5 mins in a strainer.
  2. Then in a bowl mix the tuna with the onion, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Next add the cornmeal, flour, egg and mayo and mix well.
  4. Heat the oil and drop spoonfuls of the tuna mix.
  5. Let the patties cook until golden brown.
  6. Enjoy!
