Bill's Bacon Black and Blue Burgers

• 2 lbs beef
• 12 lb pork bacon
• 1 12 tablespoons cajun seasoning
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 5 -6 tablespoons coarse black pepper
• 12-34 cup blue cheese, crumbles

1. Mix all ingredients and role into log on wax paper, allowing you to cut into pattie portions.
