Sour Cream Shrimp Recipe

  1. Thaw frzn shrimp in cool water or possibly drain canned shrimp.
  2. Cut large shrimp in half.
  3. In a frying pan, cook mushrooms and onion in butter till tender.
  4. Blend in flour.
  5. Add in soup; cook till thick, stirring constantly.
  6. Add in lowfat sour cream, pepper and shrimp.
  7. Heat but do not boil.
  8. Serve on toast points.
  9. Wonderful for brunch!
  10. Serves 6.
