Teriyaki Ginger Turkey Burgers
- 1 lb 98% fat free lean ground turkey
- 8 tablespoons ginger paste
- 8 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups brown rice
- Warm up covered skillet on medium heat.
- Form turkey into 4 burgers.
- Put 1 tbls of ginger on each burger and place ginger side down in pan.
- Put 1 tbls of teriyaki and 1 tbls of ginger on top cover for 8 - 10 mins, cooking half way through.
- Flip and place one more tbls of teriyaki on top.
- Cook thoroughly and serve over rice.
