Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Shredded
- 1/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 2 whole Whole Wheat Flat Breads
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Purple Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 cups Green Onion, Diced
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 cups Cilantro
- 1/2 cups Celery, Diced
- Ranch Dressing, For Dipping (optional)
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Mix shredded chicken with Franks red hot sauce.
- Add more sauce if chicken is not well coated.
- Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil on each flat bread.
- Spread garlic over oiled flat breads.
- Spread on 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese on each flat bread, then spread on chicken and both types of onions.
- Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, and half of the blue cheese crumbles.
- Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melty.
- Garnish with cilantro and cold celery.
- Dip in ranch dressing for the full experience.
- Enjoy.
