Buffalo Chicken Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with Franks red hot sauce.
  3. Add more sauce if chicken is not well coated.
  4. Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil on each flat bread.
  5. Spread garlic over oiled flat breads.
  6. Spread on 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese on each flat bread, then spread on chicken and both types of onions.
  7. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, and half of the blue cheese crumbles.
  8. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melty.
  9. Garnish with cilantro and cold celery.
  10. Dip in ranch dressing for the full experience.
  11. Enjoy.
