Brown Rice Pilaf

  1. Melt butter in a skillet, add rice and crushed garlic and saute until golden brown.
  2. Add 1 cup of chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Combine 2 cups broth, bouillon, sweet peppers, cumin in a sauce pan.
  4. Add rice,bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer,cover an cook for 50 to 55 minutes
  5. Remove from heat, let stand 5 mins and fluff.
