Catfish and Crawfish Mold

  1. Chop catfish and crawfish in food processor.
  2. Add wine, parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Mix real well.
  4. Add hot sauce and Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add cream cheese.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Refrigerate overnight in a mold.
  9. Serve with crackers or on a bed of lettuce.
  10. You can use shrimp of crawfish aren't available.
