Sweet Potato Pecan Bread (ABM)

• 34 cup water
• 23 cup mashed sweet potato
• 23 cup chopped apple
• 14 cup nonfat dry milk powder
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 3 34 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 14 teaspoons instant yeast
• 12 cup chopped pecans
• 13 cup raisins

1. Place all ingredients except pecans and raisins in machine in order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select sweet cycle.
3. Add pecans and raisins at the add ingredient signal.
