Steak with Onions

• 1 1/2 pound beef, sirloin steak
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 each onions sliced
• 1 x brandy

1. Saute onions in hot butter until tender.
2. Add brandy and simmer for 1 minute.
3. Serve smothered over steak.
