Lasagna stuffed shells
- 20 large Pasta shells
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 1/2 can Marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt, garlic powder, and italian seasoning
- 3 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 box Shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cook ground beef and season with onion powder.
- Drain and add marinara, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cook pasta according to box.
- Whisk eggs, add in ricotta cheese, 3/4 bag of mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Pour 1/2 of marinara sauce into glass pan.
- Stuff cheese mixture into shells and place in pan with marinara sauce.
- Top off with cheese anf bake for 20-25 min.
