20 Minute Pork Chop 'N Apple Rice Skillet

  1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove chops from skillet.
  4. Add water, applesauce, apple and seasonings to skillet; stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Stir in rice.
  7. Top with chops; cover.
  8. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes.
