Deviled Ham Spinach Dip Recipe
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, liquid removed
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 (16 ounce.) container lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
- Dry or possibly fresh dill
- 1 sm./med. can Underwood deviled ham
- 1 lg. round loaf crusty dark bread
- Allow cream cheese to soften then blend it with lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, soup and spinach.
- Note: Lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese may all be substituted with their lowfat varieties.
- Add in deviled ham and dill to taste.
- Remember dry is stronger tasting.
- Cut a round circle from top of bread loaf to create a bowl.
- Hollow out loaf leaving sufficient to support dip.
- Cut bread taken out into bite-size pcs and serve with fresh variety of cut vegetables and crackers.
