Herb Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash and dry pork thoroughly.
  3. Once patted dry, rub with olive oil on all sides.
  4. Mix all herbs, as well as salt and pepper, in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle evenly over pork and gently rub into tenderloin.
  6. Place pork into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutues or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F at the thickest part of the meat.
  8. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
