Shortcut Pierogi Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions; cook 5 min.
  4. or until softened, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add cream cheese product and milk; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  7. Combine pierogies, ham and peas in 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; toss lightly with cream cheese sauce and top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake 30 min.
  9. or until heated through.
