Shortcut Pierogi Casserole
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 16 frozen potato and cheddar cheese pierogies
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked reduced-sodium ham
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions; cook 5 min.
- or until softened, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Add cream cheese product and milk; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Combine pierogies, ham and peas in 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; toss lightly with cream cheese sauce and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake 30 min.
