Bbq Crunch Recipe
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter, melted
- 1/4 c. Barbecue sauce
- 3/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp Barbecue seasoning
- 7 c. Quaker Oat Life Cereal
- 1 c. Pretzel sticks
- 1 c. Dry roasted peanuts*

- Heat oven to 250i F. In 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan combine cereal, pretzels and nuts; set aside.
- 2.
- In a small sauce pan heat margarine over low heat.
- Add in barbecue sauce, garlic salt and barbecue seasoning; simmer 3-5 min till it thickens slightly, stirring constantly.

- Pour barbecue mix proportionately over cereal mix.
- Stir to coat proportionately.

- Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 min.
- 5.
- Spread on baking sheet to cold.
- 6.
- Store in tightly covered container up to 4 days.
- *If using non-dry roasted peanuts, add in after baking.
- Makes 9 c.
