Casserole Italiano
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups cooked wide noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Brown beef and onion, stirring to seperate meat.
- Add seasonings.
- Combine in 1-1/2 quart casserole with soup, water and noodles.
- Place cheese around edge of casserole top.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
