Italian Chili

  1. Crumble beef into a 3-quart casserole dish.
  2. Stir in onion, green pepper, celery and garlic.
  3. Cover and microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes, until beef is done and vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring twice to break apart.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Recover and microwave at High for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  6. Microwave, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes until flavors are well blended.
