Deer Meatball Soup Recipe

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients except bacon grease, Au Jus mix and water.
  2. Shape into small meatballs.
  3. Brown meatballs in bacon grease.
  4. In a pan, over medium heat, stir Au Jus mix into water till dissolved.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, add in meatballs and simmer (uncovered) for 45 min.
