Shrimp Hiding
- 8 ounces sweet rice
- 12 cup coconut milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 2 -3 drops yellow food coloring
- 1 lb shrimp, cleaned and shelled
- green onion
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- Tremble (soak) sweet rice in coconut milk for one night with food coloring.
- Steam for about 30 minutes.
- Cut shrimp into small pieces and fry in a pan with salt, pepper and seafood seasoning.
- Place sweet rice on a platter in the shape of a circle.
- Place shrimp in center and garnish with green onion.
