Shrimp Hiding

  1. Tremble (soak) sweet rice in coconut milk for one night with food coloring.
  2. Steam for about 30 minutes.
  3. Cut shrimp into small pieces and fry in a pan with salt, pepper and seafood seasoning.
  4. Place sweet rice on a platter in the shape of a circle.
  5. Place shrimp in center and garnish with green onion.
