Marvelous Fruit Mix Up Recipe

• 3 ounce. pkg. jello, any flavor
• 3/4 c. boiling water
• 2 c. ice cubes
• 1 c. Cold Whip, thawed
• 11 ounce. can mandarin orange sections, liquid removed
• 1 c. miniature marshmallows
• 15 1/2 ounce. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
• 1 c. minced walnuts

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Add in ice cubes and stir constantly till gelatin begins to thicken.
3. Remove any unmelted ice.
4. Add in Cold Whip, blending till smooth.
5. Stir in orange sections, marshmallows, walnuts and pineapple, reserving some fruit for garnish if you like.
6. Pour into dessert glasses or possibly serving bowl.
7. Refrigeratetill set.
8. Garnish with reserved fruit.
9. Yield: 8 (1/2 c.) servings.
