Better Batter Recipe

• 1 c. Flour
• 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
• 1 1/4 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Salad oil (pure virgin olive is best)
• 1 c. Water

1. Passed down from my Grandfather who hails from the English Midlands....
2. Combine all which and start dipping and deep frying.
3. The batter turns out light, crisp and brown.
