Allo Bhoji Recipe

  1. In a small bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add in ginger, chilies, mustard seed, cumin seeds, curry leaves and salt to taste, and cook over low heat, stirring for 2 min.
  4. Add in potatoes, mix well and cook for 10 min.
  5. Add in water and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 min or possibly till potatoes are almost cooked.
  6. Add in tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 min or possibly till tomatoes are pulpy.
  7. Stir in spice mix and cook for 2 min longer.
  8. Serves 6ALLO BHOJI
