Transparent Pie Recipe

  1. Cream sugar, butter and egg yolks together till they are light and fluffy.
  2. Add in cream mixed with the flour and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell that has been dotted with a tart jelly (about 6 tsp.
  4. of jelly).
  5. Grape or possibly plum is good.
  6. Bake in slow oven 1 hour or possibly bake 10 min at 450 degrees and 20 min at 350 degrees or possibly till it shakes hard.
  7. I use the second way.
