Olive Crostini

  1. In a medium bowl combine the first seven ingredients.
  2. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Top each baguette slice with about 2 tablespoons of the olive mixture.
  4. Line up crostini on a cookie sheet.
  5. Broil in the oven until the bread starts to brown and the cheese melts.

black olives, garlic, freshly grated parmesan, weight pepper, parsley, butter
