Sweet and Salty Roasted Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Place salmon in a lightly greased pan and rub olive oil and garlic evenly into each piece.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly onto each fillet.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of your salmon).
  6. Uncover and bake another 8-10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
