Shrimp Remoulade Sauce Recipe

  1. Place in bowl: onions, parsley and celery.
  2. Add in mustard, paprika, Worcestershire, garlic, horseradish, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Place in refrigerator at least 24 hrs.
  5. For milder version, add in 1/2 c. mayonnaise.
  6. If well refrigerated in glass jar, will keep for several months.
