Date Bar Angel Cookies Recipe

• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 (8 ounce.) minced dates
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 c. Rice Krispies
• 1 c. minced nuts
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 stick butter

1. Beat Large eggs.
2. Add in sugar and salt, beat well.
3. Heat butter in skillet, pour in egg mix and dates.
4. Stir and cook about 5-7 min till mix turns brown.
5. Add in vanilla, remove from heat.
6. Add in Rice Krispies and nuts.
7. Cold slightly.
8. Make into 2 long rolls (or possibly 3 shorter).
9. Roll in powdered sugar or possibly nuts.
10. Put in refrigerator overnight.
11. Slice as needed.
