Chikuwa Tossed in Wasabi and Mayo

  1. Slice the cucumber into rounds and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Slice the chikuwa into rounds.
  3. Rinse and squeeze out the water from the cucumbers.
  4. Combine the chikuwa, cucumbers, and ingredients together.
  5. A quick toss and you're done.
