Super Salmon Patties
- 1 can Salmon, Drained and flaked
- 2 slice white or wheat bread, made into crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Chopped red pepper, sauteed
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable or olive oil
- 1 cup SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS WILL WORK ALSO IN PLACE OF THE BREAD*** ******
- Saute your chopped red pepper in a bit of evoo and mix all your ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Do not over mix!
- Form four patties Tip: To make even patties form into a square loaf and section off four patties with the spatula you will use to flip them.
- Cook approximately 8-10 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Sauce for patties is attached!
