Easy Chilli Con Carne
- 2/3 cup long grain rice
- 1/2 red capsicum, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 410g can KRAFT* Braised Steak & Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- steamed rice to serve
- Bring 1 1/4 cups water to the boil.
- Stir in rice, red capsicum, paprika and parsley.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat braised steak and vegetables according to directions.
- Stir through chilli sauce.
- Serve with rice.
