Warm Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 mins or until onions are tender.
  3. Add shaved brussels sprouts.
  4. Cook for 5-10 mins until wilted.
  5. Season with salt & pepper.
  6. Add red wine vinegar to deglaze the pan.
  7. Enjoy!
  8. I served these for St. Patrick's Day.
