Chai Tea

  1. Bring water and spices to boil in saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Add teabags and milk, simmer 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add sweetner to taste.
  5. Serves 4.
  6. (The tea becomes spicier as it sits, may want to strain out spices).
