Baked Ham With Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Score top of ham into diamonds and stud center of each diamond with a clove.
  3. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan and bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
  4. In a bowl combine the sugar, mustard and vinegar and spread glaze proportionately over ham.
  5. Bake for another 35 min.
  6. Transfer ham to a platter and let stand 15 min before carving.
  7. This recipe yields 12 servings with leftovers.
