Spicy Remoulade
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Kosher salt
- Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir to combine and season to taste with salt.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
