Almond Butter, Fig, Goat Cheese, and Apple Cinnamon Raisin Sandwich

  1. Spread the almond butter and fig jam on one slice of bread.
  2. Spread goat cheese on the other slice.
  3. Sprinkle a dusting of cinnamon over the goat cheese.
  4. Layer the apple slices on top of the almond butter and fig jam; layer the dried apple rings on top of the goat cheese.
  5. Sandwich the two sides together, cut sandwich in half, and serve.
