Chicken Cheese Rollups
- 12 oz Skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 21 oz garlic cheese spread
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Pound chicken breasts until thinned out.
- In a shallow dish or mixing bowl mix together bread crumbs and cheese
- Dip one side of each breast into butter then into crumb mixture
- Place a dollop of cheese spread at one end of breast on a plain side.
- Roll up breast and secure with toothpick
- Place on greased baking dish drizzle any remaining butter over all.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
