Best Pork Chops Recipe

• 6 pork chops
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1/4 c. A-1 Steak Sauce
• 1/4 c. water
• 1 c. flour
• Salt & pepper

1. Mix water, A-1 sauce and water in a shallow pan.
2. Salt and pepper chops.
3. Dip chops in mix.
4. Roll in flour, coat well.
5. Fry slow till golden.
6. Drain on paper towel.
