Dipped Buttercreams Recipe

  1. Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  2. In small microwave-safe bowl, place desired flavor of chips.
  3. Microwave on high (100 percent power) for 30 seconds to 1 minute or possibly till chips are melted when stirred.
  4. IN small bowl, beat butter, whipping cream and vanilla till fluffy; gradually blend in 1 c. of the sugar.
  5. Gradually stir in melted chips and remaining 2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar, stirring till mix holds its shape.
  6. If necessary, cover and chill till mix can be shaped.
  7. Shape mix into 1 inch balls.
  8. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet.
  9. Chill till hard and dry on surface, several hrs or possibly overnight.
  10. Coat as desired.
