Schlobster Lobster

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Blend in the flour and stir until well blended and bubbly, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the hot water, mustard and half and half.
  4. Heat for about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the wine, Old Bay and lobster meat.
  6. Stir until heated throughout.
  7. Serve over puff pastry shells, toast points, or your favourite pasta.
