Classic Italian Sub
- 14 ounces, weight Jar Of Marinated Vegetables
- 1/4 cups Bread And Butter Pickles
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 Large Loaf Of Italian Bread
- 1/4 pounds Genoa Salami
- 1/4 pounds Prosciutto
- 1/4 pounds Rosemary Ham
- 1/4 pounds Provolone Cheese
- 13 cups Banana Peppers
- Mixed Greens
- Deli Dressing
- In a food processor, add marinated vegetables (remove stems of pepperoncinis if necessary).
- Add pickles, cheese, and a little olive oil and pulse until you form a spread.
- Chop tomatoes and drizzle with the vinaigrette and let sit until ready to use.
- Slice bread lengthwise and spread the processed vegetables across the bottom layer.
- Top with salami, proscuitto, ham, provolone cheese, and tomatoes.
- Add banana peppers and mixed greens and drizzle with deli dressing.
- Top with the other half of the the bread and slice into 4 large pieces.
