Quick Lemon Garlic Chicken

  1. Place chicken in roasting dish.
  2. Mix lemon juice, crushed garlic, melted butter, paprika and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Refridgerate several hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F).
  6. Cook 1 hour basting ocssionaly.
