Beef Strognoff Crepes Recipe

• 3 lbs. cubed beef
• 1 lg. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 lg. onion, diced
• 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1. Cook beef with diced onion till tender, drain; add in lowfat sour cream.
2. Mix well.
3. Fill crepe with beef mix, add in 1/2 c. lowfat milk with cream of mushroom soup, mix well and pour over crepe.
4. Put in oven till top bubbles and serve at once.
