Beef Strognoff Crepes Recipe
- 3 lbs. cubed beef
- 1 lg. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- Cook beef with diced onion till tender, drain; add in lowfat sour cream.
- Mix well.
- Fill crepe with beef mix, add in 1/2 c. lowfat milk with cream of mushroom soup, mix well and pour over crepe.
- Put in oven till top bubbles and serve at once.
