Easy Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

  1. In large bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in condensed lowfat milk, water and vanilla.
  2. Mix in cookies and whipping cream.
  3. Pour into aluminum foil lined 9"x5" loaf pan or possibly other 2 qt container.
  4. Cover; freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
  5. Scoop ice cream from pan or possibly peel off foil and slice.
  6. Return leftovers to freezer.
  7. Makes about 1 1/2 qts.
