Picnic Chicken Vegetable Bowl
- 1 12 lbs zucchini, chopped
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 34 cup Italian salad dressing
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Toss to mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Drain before serving.
