Sublime Milky Tea

• 250 ml Milk
• 100 ml Water
• 1 Black tea bag
• 1 Sugar
• 1 Vanilla essence

1. Put water and tea bag in a saucepan, and boil over a low heat.
2. Meanwhile, put milk in the cup and microwave (700 W) for 1.5 minutes.
3. When the liquid reduces, remove from heat.
4. Pour tea into warmed milk and stir well.
5. Add sugar or vanilla essence.
6. Drink up while hot!
