Reduced-Fat Chile Corn Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Melt cream cheese and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Once fully melted, add milk, corn and chiles and stir well.
  4. Transfer to an 8x8 baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes until brown and bubbly.
