Easy Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl with a Skillet

  1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  2. Marinate with the A) seasonings (about 10 min).
  3. Put the onions in a pan.
  4. Add water and cover with a lid.
  5. Steam over medium heat for about 3 min.
  6. Flavor with mentsuyu and sugar.
  7. Dilute the mentsuyu to the amount of water on your preference.
  8. Add chicken and simmer (flip it over sometimes to cook through) Allow the liquid to evaporate.
  9. Swirl in the beaten eggs and cover with a lid until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
  10. Transfer to a bowl of warm rice and it's done.
