Mexican Beef Tart
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 16 ounces salsa, your choice of heat
- 2 cups shredded cheese, your choice
- Separate and cut each biscuit in half.
- Place in greased 9x13 pan.
- Mix beef, salsa, onions and green pepper.
- Spread over biscuits.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Top with cheese.
- Return to oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and chopped scallions.
